We want to ensure that your stay is as stress-free as possible. To help prevent any issues or miscommunication, we kindly request that you review the following rules and regulations carefully before booking. Your understanding and adherence to these guidelines are greatly appreciated.

• Pool/Spa Heating: Pool and spa heating is not included and can be added to your stay for $75/night. Spa will be heated on a morning and evening schedule. If you would like to set your own 4 hour spa timeframes (2 per day), please let us know before your stay.

• No Amplified Music/Noise: Sorry, the city of Palm Springs has a citywide noise ordinance where no amplified music or excessive noise may be heard outside. Both temporary visitors and full time residents of a residential neighborhood must comply with this ordinance, otherwise a citation may be delivered directly to the residence during your stay.

• Security Deposit: We may require a fully refundable security deposit to cover potential damages during your stay.

• No Unauthorized Pets: This property is pet friendly, but only upon prior approval with a $250 pet fee (per pet). If evidence of an unauthorized pet is found in the home, a fine will be charged.

• No Smoking: All of our properties have a no smoking policy. Signs of smoking will result in a $1,500 fine. 

• Occupancy: We do not allow parties or events at this property, please respect occupancy limits. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and/or eviction.

• Check-In: The city of Palm Springs requires a copy of an ID prior to check-in. Please send a clear photo of the primary guest’s identification before arriving.

• Minimum Age: The city of Palm Springs requires the signer to be at least 25 years of age.
