Take in the stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains just over the 10 foot hedges that surround the yard for utmost privacy. The outdoor space also features a hammock, fire pit, and BBQ grill, making it perfect for outdoor entertaining.
Inside, the large open windows boast plenty of natural light throughout the day as you are surrounded by nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. For small children, we have a pack and play as well as a baby bath seat conveniently stored and available for your stay.
The primary bedroom has a comfortable King bed and an en-suite full bath, while the two guest bedrooms both have Queen beds and share a full hall bathroom.

• POOL/SPA HEATING: Pool and spa heating is not included and can be added to your stay for $75/night. Please inquire before arrival.
• NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC/NOISE: Sorry, the city of Palm Springs has a citywide noise ordinance where no amplified music or excessive noise may be heard outside. Both temporary visitors and full time residents of a residential neighborhood must comply with this ordinance, otherwise a citation may be delivered directly to the residence during your stay.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: We may require a fully refundable security deposit to cover potential damages during your stay.
• NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS: This property is pet friendly, but only upon prior approval with a $250 pet fee (per pet). If evidence of an unauthorized pet is found in the home, a fine will be charged.
• NO SMOKING: All of our properties have a no smoking policy. Signs of smoking will result in a $1,500 fine.
• OCCUPANCY LIMITS: We do not allow parties or events at this property, please respect occupancy limits. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and/or eviction.
• CHECK-IN: The city of Palm Springs requires a copy of an ID prior to check-in. Please send a clear photo of the primary guest’s identification before arriving.
• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: The city of Palm Springs requires the signer to be at least 25 years of age.
