• NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC/NOISE: The city of Palm Desert has a citywide noise ordinance where no amplified music or excessive noise may be heard outside. Both temporary visitors and full time residents of a residential neighborhood must comply with this ordinance, otherwise a citation may be delivered directly to the residence during your stay.

• SECURITY DEPOSIT: We may require a fully refundable security deposit to cover potential damages during your stay.

• NO PETS: We love furry friends, but this property is not pet friendly. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is found in the home, a fine will be charged.

• NO SMOKING: All of our properties have a no smoking policy. Signs of smoking will result in a $1,500 fine. 

• OCCUPANCY LIMITS: We do not allow parties or events at this property, please respect occupancy limits. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and/or eviction.

• CHECK-IN: The city of Palm Desert requires a copy of an ID prior to check-in. Please send a clear photo of the primary guest’s identification before arriving.

• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: The city of Palm Desert requires the signer to be at least 25 years of age.
