Important items to remember: Any violation of the house rules and your signed contract will result in a fine or eviction.
• DOG FRIENDLY. Pet Fee $150/per pet, per stay.
• NO SMOKING. All our properties have a no smoking policy. Smoking will result in a $1,500 fine.
• NO PARTIES: We do not allow parties/events at this property, please respect occupancy limits and noise ordinance.
• HOMES HAVE STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Over occupying the home will result in fines and/or eviction.
• CHECK-IN: The City of Palm Desert requires a copy of an ID prior check-in.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a $1,000 refundable deposit to cover for any damages or fines. You will receive a payment request through the Airbnb Resolutions before check-in.
• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT. The City of Palm Desert requires signer to be 25 years of age.
• CHARGES FOR VIOLATIONS of house rules are strictly enforced.
