The spacious living area provides ample seating to host guests as well as an 8 person dining table. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. This home is the perfect space to have family and friends over for dinners and holiday gatherings.

The pool is great for a refreshing dip and there is plenty of outdoor seating to soak up the desert sun while taking in the views. You will also have access to the community’s pool and fitness center. A private golf cart is included in your stay to explore the community (upon signing a waiver).

This home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably with the primary bedroom tucked away from the other 3 bedrooms. The primary boasts a King bed with a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a shower, tub, and walk-in closet. There are two guest bedrooms each with an en-suite full bath; one with a Queen and Full bed, the other with one Queen bed. Lastly, the den holds a twin trundle bed, perfect for kids!

Located just minutes away from popular local events such as Coachella, Stagecoach, and the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament, there's always something exciting happening nearby.

• POOL/SPA HEATING: Pool and spa heating is not included and can be added to your stay for $75/night. Spa will be heated on a morning and evening schedule. If you would like to set your own 4 hour spa timeframes (2 per day), please let us know before your stay.

• NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC/NOISE: Sorry, the city of La Quinta has a citywide noise ordinance where no amplified music or excessive noise may be heard outside. Both temporary visitors and full time residents of a residential neighborhood must comply with this ordinance, otherwise a citation may be delivered directly to the residence during your stay.

• SECURITY DEPOSIT: We may require a fully refundable security deposit to cover potential damages during your stay.

• NO PETS: We love furry friends, but this property is not pet friendly. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is found in the home, a fine will be charged.

• NO SMOKING: All of our properties have a no smoking policy. Signs of smoking will result in a $1,500 fine. 

• OCCUPANCY LIMITS: We do not allow parties or events at this property, please respect occupancy limits. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and/or eviction.

• CHECK-IN: The city of La Quinta requires a copy of an ID prior to check-in. Please send a clear photo of the primary guest’s identification before arriving.

• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: The city of La Quinta requires the signer to be at least 25 years of age.
