This beautiful 1966 bungalow will greet you with an open and inviting dining and entertaining space. The kitchen has been nicely updated with breakfast bar, granite counters and stainless appliances. It opens seamlessly to the living space making it perfect for entertaining. Step through the french doors and out to your oasis backyard complete with a sparkling pool and spa, plenty of space for relaxing and soaking up the sun or indulge in a classic cookout in the fresh air!
 
Mid Century Oasis is located in the prestigious Tamarisk neighborhood of Rancho Mirage, a beautiful historic neighborhood perfect for walking and biking. The home is located only 15 minutes to Palm Springs where you can experience vintage Hollywood architecture and glamour, it neighbors Sunnylands Gardens, a few minutes to many upscale restaurants, surrounded by easy to access hiking trails and premier golf courses. Mid Century Oasis is the dream destination for relaxing so come enjoy, unwind and soak up some desert sun.

Please note: Pool and spa heating is not included, if you wish to have the pool and spa heated you will be charged for the cost of the gas and electricity bill for the duration of your stay.

Important items to remember: Any violation of the house rules and your signed contract will result in a fine or eviction.

• NO OUTDOOR MUSIC/NOISE. The City of Rancho Mirage has very strict regulations about noise/music. No outdoor music is allowed and a fine of $1,500 will be charged directly to the guests.
• PETS. Only 1 dog less than 25 pounds is allowed, a non-refundable $250 pet fee will be charged. If pet fur is found in the pool filters a fine of $1,500 will be charged.
• NO SMOKING. All our properties have a no smoking policy. Smoking will result in a $1,500 fine. 
• NO PARTIES: We do not allow parties/events at this property, please respect occupancy limits and noise ordinance.
• HOMES HAVE STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Over occupying the home will result in fines and/or eviction.
• CHECK-IN: The City of Rancho Mirage requires a copy of an ID prior check-in.
• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT. The City of Rancho Mirage requires signer to be 30 years of age.
• CHARGES FOR VIOLATIONS of house rules are strictly enforced. You can expect to be fined for smoking, damages to property, excess trash, extra cleaning, over occupying, outdoor music, large parties, moving furniture, pets without consent or violations of any kind to our house rule or signed agreement. Fines and violations can range from $150 to $10,000 based on severity of violation of house rules and damages incurred.
