*PLEASE NOTE: PGA West Signature Community is under construction. There will be construction noise Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 5 pm with the exception of holidays. The construction is in a different section of the community and should not affect your stay.
This beautiful Mediterranean home is located in Signature PGA West. The open floor plan has great flow and features stunning views of the Golf Course. Relax in the beautiful Master Suite, which features a King bed, HDTV, and huge windows overlooking the pool and golf course. Enjoy the spa-like en-suite master bathroom while you soak in the oversized Jacuzzi bathtub or rinse away the day in the beautiful walk-in shower.
The second bedroom features two twin beds, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower.
Enjoy the view of amazing mountains from the balcony, while you rest in the extra cozy King bed in the third guest bedroom located in the casita. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there are 2 twin sofa beds that are located on the first floor of the casita just right for kids or extra house guests.
The kitchen is truly a chef’s dream! Featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an oversized island with seating for six. The kitchen is equipped with all of the tools you need to make the perfect meal, which you can enjoy in the formal dining room set for 7. There's entertainment everywhere you look, including a ping pong table, fire pit with outdoor seating, and indoor games. Cozy up on the extra-large leather sofas and enjoy your favorite show on the 75 inches smart TV.
The backyard is made for entertaining with a pool and spa overlooking the beautiful and expansive Golf Course. Relax on the lounge chairs or from the large covered patio and an outdoor couch that provides a front-row seat for you to watch the driving range. Enjoy dinner outside, with a natural gas BBQ, as the sun goes down over the beautiful desert landscape.
Pool & Spa heating is not included, a $50/day charge will be added if you would like to have the pool & spa heated.
NO PETS. The property is not pet-friendly. No pets allowed in furniture and pool, if pet fur is found in the pool a fine of $1,500 will be charged.

• NO OUTDOOR MUSIC/NOISE. The City of La Quinta has very strict regulations about noise/music. No outdoor music is allowed and a fine of $1,500 will be charged directly to the guests.
• NO PETS. The property is not pet-friendly. No pets are allowed in furniture and pool, if pet fur is found in the pool a fine of $1,500 will be charged.
• NO SMOKING. All our properties have a no smoking policy. Smoking will result in a $1,500 fine.
• NO PARTIES: We do not allow parties/events at this property, please respect occupancy limits and noise ordinance.
• HOMES HAVE STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Over occupying the home will result in fines and/or eviction.
• CHECK-IN: The City of La Quinta requires a copy of an ID prior check-in.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a $1,500 refundable deposit to cover for any damages or fines. You will receive a payment request through the Airbnb Resolutions before check-in.
• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT. The city of La Quinta requires signer to be 25 years of age.
