• Parking: 1 assigned parking + free designated guest parking (first come first serve). Reach out with any questions to avoid a violation or fine.

• Utilities: A $300 utility cap applies to monthly stays from May-Sep.

• No Amplified Music/Noise: Sorry, the city of Palm Desert has a citywide noise ordinance where no amplified music or excessive noise may be heard outside, otherwise a citation may be delivered directly to the residence during your stay.

• Security Deposit: We may require a fully refundable security deposit to cover potential damages during your stay.

• No Pets: We love furry friends, but this property is not pet friendly. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is found in the home, a fine will be charged.

• No Smoking: All of our properties have a non-smoking policy. Signs of smoking will result in a $1,500 fine. 

• Occupancy Limit: We do not allow parties or events at this property, please respect occupancy limits. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and/or eviction.

• Check-In: We require ID verification prior to check-in. Please send a clear photo of the primary guest’s identification before arriving.

• Minimum Age Requirement: The city requires the signer to be at least 25 years of age.
