This property is pet-friendly with a fee of $250 per pet. Please be advised the back patio is NOT fenced and dogs will need to remain on a leash. Please also be mindful of your surroundings as the patio faces the golf course and there may be several members playing throughout the day.

We want your visit to be enjoyable. With that being said, it is important that you review our rules and regulations to prevent any issues or miscommunication. Please read the following carefully before booking. Thank you!

IMPORTANT: Any violation of the following house rules and your signed contract may result in fines up to $1,500 or eviction.

• NO OUTDOOR MUSIC/NOISE. The City of Palm Desert has a strict noise ordinance, where no amplified music may be heard outside. All residential neighborhoods must follow this ordinance otherwise a fine may be charged directly to the guests.
• NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS: This property is pet friendly, but only upon approval. If pet fur is found in the home, furnishing or pool a fine will be charged.
• NO SMOKING: All of our properties have a no smoking policy. Signs of smoking will result in a $1,500 fine. 
• NO PARTIES: We do not allow parties or events at this property, please respect community rules and occupancy limits.
• OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Unauthorized overnight guests will result in fines and/or eviction.
• CHECK-IN: The City of Palm Desert requires a copy of an ID prior to check-in.
• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT. The City of Palm Desert requires the signer to be 25 years of age.
• CHARGES FOR VIOLATIONS of house rules are strictly enforced. You can expect to be fined for smoking, damages to property, excess trash, extra cleaning, over occupying, outdoor music, large parties, moving furniture, unauthorized pets, or violations of any kind to our house rule or signed agreement. Fines and violations can range from $150 to $10,000 based on the severity of the violation of house rules and damages incurred.
