• POOL HEATING: Pool heating is not included and can be added to your stay with a refundable deposit based on usage. Please inquire before arrival.

• NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC/NOISE: Sorry, the city of La Quinta has a citywide noise ordinance where no amplified music or excessive noise may be heard outside, otherwise a citation may be delivered directly to the residence during your stay.

• SECURITY DEPOSIT: We may require a fully refundable security deposit to cover potential damages during your stay.

• NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS: This property is pet friendly, but only upon prior approval with a non-refundable pet fee of $250 (per pet, per stay). If evidence of an unauthorized pet is found in the home, a fine will be charged.

• NO SMOKING: All of our properties have a no smoking policy. Signs of smoking will result in a $1,500 fine. 

• OCCUPANCY LIMITS: We do not allow parties or events at this property, please respect occupancy limits. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and/or eviction.

• CHECK-IN: We require ID verification prior to check-in. Please send a clear photo of the primary guest’s identification before arriving.

• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: The city of La Quinta requires for the signer to be at least 25 years of age.
